This family owned winery was founded in 1882 by Angiolo Piccini and is situated in Castellina in Chianti in the heart of the Chianti Classico area. It is now run by the energetic, passionate brother and sister Mario & Martina Piccini. The family also own Valiano Estate in the Chianti Classico area, and produce some fantastic single estate Chiantis here. Piccini have also invested interest in other wineries around Italy and in particular have a new project in Sicily - a very exciting region, producing some great wines. The wines from Piccini are increasingly popular – offering great quality, variety and value.
