Castelli Del Grevepesa Italian Wines

Castelli del Grevepesa set in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, was established in 1965 with a two-fold purpose. Firstly as a marketing body for single estate Chianti Classico wineries who sell under their own labels. Secondly as a co-operative winery, making quality wine from grapes grown by individual estates, which have no winery facilities, then marketing these wines under Castel Del Grevepesa labels.

The Gallo Nero, or Black Cockerel, is the symbol of guarantee for Chianti Classico wines.

Single Estate Vintage Chianti Classico
Castelli del Grevepesa represent a selection of Single Estate vintage Chianti Classico. These estates do not release wines every year, but only when the best vintages are declared. The wines are therefore of premium quality, full-flavoured and complex.
