| This is a single estate blend of 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 10% Molinara and other local varietals, dried for 4 months to concentrate sugars. Slow fermentation in specially designed tanks allows extended contact with skins. Oak aged for 4 years and bottle aged for 12 months, this deep red has an intense bouquet, a rich full, rounded palate with classic black cherry flavours and a long, complex finish. |
