Made from 100% Negroamaro, an indigenous grape from the Puglian region, this wine has lovely, ripe cherry and strawberry flavours with a hint of spice. 30% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrel creating a long, smooth finish, with well-rounded, gentle tannins.
