Shipping and Returns

 

Freight will be charged on all orders under $500.00 of value.

 

Any claims for damaged or missing stock or for any other reason must be lodged within 7 days of receipt of goods. 

A request for returns must be submitted to us in writing PRIOR to any goods being returned to us.  All claims must give reason/s for the return. Goods should not be returned without our express agreement.

NOTE:  We cannot accept liablity for any goods damaged once they are in our customers care, or for goods which reach their BBD after being accepted into stock by our customers.
